Learning agility is a competency that has predictive qualities for future success for candidates. It is the ability to learn from one's experiences and develop strategies that use those learning lessons in future experiences. People who are learning agile can adapt quicker to new challenges within the workplace as they have developed strategies throughout their career to assist them with new situations. Those who are not learning agile continue to use the same strategies over and over, and often see external challenges as causal factors in failure.
